📋 Description

• Arcadis is looking to hire The Procurement (S2I) Manager in Country/Region will be an interface between the country/region users and the core Source-to-invoice team in country and in the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC). • Location: This role will be based anywhere in the United States with preference being Arcadis HQ - Highland Ranch, CO. • Key contributor to Continuous improvement, Standardization and Automation activities. • Manage training and professional development for in country / GSSC Source-to-invoice team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in driving continuous improvement within procurement processes, including implementing and scaling procurement solutions across the entire end-to-end procurement cycle, from Vendor Master Data Management to catalog creation and e-invoicing integration • Advanced Procurement professional with ability to apply global guidelines to regional/country solutions. Ability to create and oversee relationships with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers. • Proven performance with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate leadership capability and the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose
