📋 Description
• Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is the leading health and wellness platform, on a mission to help the world feel great through better health. • The COE Sourcing Manager is responsible for driving process improvements and optimizations across various sourcing functions. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance sourcing strategies and track performance towards team goals. • An excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for process excellence and procurement.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years of sourcing or procurement, with a proven track record in process optimization and driving efficiencies. • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Certifications such as CPSM or CIPS are preferred. • Strong experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g Lean, Six Sigma) and a demonstrated ability to implement successful changes. • Excellent ability to analyze data, derive insights and make data driven decisions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage projects simultaneously. • Ability to track and report on multiple KPI’s and ensure alignment with both short-term and long-term sourcing initiatives. • Experience in pharmaceutical environments is a plus, but not required. • Knowledge of ERP systems, sourcing software, and supplier management platforms is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment. • Up to 35% travel
