Description
• The Strategic Sourcing Manager position will be responsible for further developing and leading the North America sourcing program on the account. • Responsibilities will include leading the annual sourcing planning process, driving results through program implementation and monitoring results. • Executing sourcing of Facility and Material Handling Equipment service categories for local and regional initiatives. • Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute initiatives, manage supplier relationships as it relates to administrative and operational activities and issues. • Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or other applicable degree preferred • MBA, preferred • Minimum 5 – 7 years of Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Performance Management experience • Experience in Facility, Material Handling Equipment Maintenance service categories, preferred but not required
