Description

• Regional execution of annual sourcing plans across Integrated Facilities • Work closely with consultancy team responsible for sourcing plan execution in US • Influence category management teams and suppliers to ensure enrollment in sourcing initiatives • Gather spend analysis and demand information from clients • Draft pricing and RFP templates using best practices • Manage RFP events through eRFX platforms • Prepare should cost models and benchmark data • Report analysis to Supply Chain leadership • Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing policies • Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management • Assign deliverables and resolve issues to assure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent Inter-personal skills • Organization skills • Strong Analytical Ability • Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment • Cultural awareness / intelligence when working across different countries and time zones • Excellent communication skills – oral and written. • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and/or 10 years strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred. • Project management experience preferred. • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
