Description

• Lead the integration of diversity & inclusion initiatives into Worldpay’s Procure-to-Pay processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies that embed diversity and inclusion across supplier selection processes. • Manage and continuously improve the supplier diversity program. • Ensure efficiencies across procure to pay related processes. • Develop/report timely reporting to support business needs. • Create a pipeline of prospective qualified diverse suppliers for RFPs/RFIs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement and/or operational roles. • Proven experience leading and managing supplier diversity programs. • Leadership experience in operational procurement and reporting. • Proven ability to coach and develop a team. • Strong Project Management skills. • Experience managing complex projects, ideally related to S2P implementation, enhancements, and development of supplier diversity programs. • Experience with process mapping, optimization, and implementation. • Strong background in Procurement technologies that support the Source-to-Pay process. • Previous experience in a technology or software company is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a procurement related field preferred. • Proven experience streamlining end-to-end procurement processes. • Strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively with key functions across the organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
