📋 Description
• Lead execution of the Digital Partner on-boarding framework, identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities across diverse channels. • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with digital distribution partners, supporting mutual growth through regular collaboration. • Conduct market research and analysis to provide real-time intelligence on competitor products, market demand, and new opportunities. • Collaborate with Underwriting and Strategic Analytics to monitor data insights and performance metrics for partnerships. • Partner with Engineering teams to define and deliver technology requirements for digital initiatives. • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to partners, providing insights on performance and strategic growth plans. • Drive continuous improvement in partnership processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Underwriting, Insurance, and Operations to deliver seamless partner support. • Partner with the SVP, Digital Partners, to align strategies with overall organizational goals.
