• Lead deployment of Lean Transformation initiatives • Guide business experts in current and future state analysis • Develop strong partnerships with business units • Use Lean/Problem Solving tools for insights and solutions • Ensure consistent delivery of standard work • Coach and train senior managers and teams • Support continuous improvement management practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Lean management leader • Experience in financial services or insurance preferred • Lean or similar certification • Proven track record developing Lean initiatives • Ability to interpret data and measure performance • Ability to handle changing priorities • Superior oral and written communication skills • Deep knowledge of change management principles • Strong ability to facilitate and coach teams • High integrity and discretion with confidential matters • Proficiency in project and program management • Proficiency in data mining and analysis
