Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Professional certifications such as CEBS or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred but not required • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience administering employee benefits programs • Experience in HR or related fields preferred
