Description

• Manage the Tier-1 reporting processes. • Lead the Tier II Reporting Program. • Develop internal database(s) to track diverse vendors. • Implement sound reporting controls. • Evaluate sourcing categories for opportunities. • Serve as a point of contact for sourcing leads. • Assist in vendor search queries. • Identify and engage with potential small and diverse suppliers. • Research industry best practices in supplier diversity programs. • Collaborate with the Supplier Diversity Manager for outreach initiatives. • Assist in developing annual and multi-year program plans. • Monitor reporting requirements from external entities. • Perform other requested duties supporting Procurement Sustainability and Diversity Program goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) or Supplier Diversity. • High degree of data analysis and data processing abilities. • Proficiency in and willingness to learn various reporting tools. • Experience developing large databases and surveys. • Ability to travel for internal and external events. • Ad hoc duties as assigned. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge or interest in DEI, Supplier Diversity, Responsible Procurement, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Supply Chain, or equivalent Knowledge.
