Description

• Seeking an experienced Site Development Analyst for PTI Services Operations team • Responsible for real estate acquisitions, contract administration, financial reporting, and compliance • Lead contract negotiations and maintain a centralized contract repository • Assist with RFP responses and risk management strategies • Drive continuous improvement in contract management processes • Requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field • 5+ years of experience preferably within the wireless telecom or telecommunications industry • 2-4 years demonstrated experience in real estate and site development required • Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration • Must be located near the Sacramento, CA region • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in English and Spanish • Familiarity with contract management software is a plus • Proficient in MSOffice with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint • Strong financial analytical and critical thinking skills required • Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task • Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%
