Requirements

• Undergraduate or equivalent work experience required • TBA and health plan provision knowledge • Analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients • Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-working environment • Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills • Previous customer care experience in a global team
