Aretum is excited to announce an opening for a Program Analyst who will assist in managing and analyzing various programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at data analysis, project management, and possess strong communication skills to support our government clients. Aretum is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. In this role, the Program Analyst will engage across departments to ensure that projects are executed effectively and align with our strategic goals. You will be instrumental in gathering data, producing reports, and facilitating discussions that help drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Provide General Program/Project Management Support, including the tasks below: Provide assistance on administrative and management issues related to program/project operations. Provide stakeholder coordination support related to program/project stakeholder operations. Provide Enterprise level knowledge management support using SharePoint. Update/monitor project and/or program activities using tools like JIRA or Confluence. Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Fact Sheets, Frequently Asked Questions, talking points, documenting office policies and workflows; updating and maintaining these program/project management documents; and managing and updating documents related to program and project operations. Assist the government with maintaining, updating, coordinating, and delivering meeting schedules, agendas, minutes, and briefing packages. Assist the government with maintaining, updating, and delivering program/project management lessons learned and other program/project closeout documentation. Able and willing to research issues and/or client needs and collaborate with the team to complete tasks. Conduct internal review of work to ensure quality and/or perform QC. Perform tracking of tasks and coordination with the team.

Requirements

Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team. Solid comfort level in business analyst software skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong communications skills, demonstrates a proficiency to be able to draft effective notes, be comfortable giving status on work products, and able to. Multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously. Great level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal communication skills. 3+ years of experience.
