Description

• Responsible for front-line hardware / software support and system administration of various business platforms. • Provide first level support for software, hardware, and telecommunication issues. • Account creation and management for Active Directory, Salesforce, Exchange 2016, O365, Google, TapClicks, Skype, RDS. • Provide in-depth diagnosis of various operating system, device, service, printing, network, and client application issues. • Maintain vast knowledge and thorough understanding of all products and services. • Prioritize incoming incidents and provide technically accurate solutions. • Work independently to effectively resolve highly technical issues. • Escalate incidents as needed and maintain documentation on support calls and issues. • Actively participate in learning opportunities and apply knowledge to improve customer experience. • Provide one-on-one training upon request.
