Description

• Conduct premium audits on MidCorp and Entertainment business units. • Handling of audit disputes is also contemplated in the role. • Must possess the ability to read and interpret the coverages (Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Commercial Auto). • Arrange premium audit appointments with insureds and brokers. • Read policies to determine exposure basis for each policy. • Communicate with insureds, agents/producers, and underwriters as required. • Perform examination of policyholders' payroll, accounting and financial records. • Analyze existing data, ISO rules, industry and statutory materials, and claims. • Actively work in the NEXUS premium audit system to complete assigned audits. • Review changes in exposure and communicate with the underwriter. • Direct interaction with insureds, brokers, agents & underwriters. • Respond to and resolve audit disputes and revise audits as needed.

Requirements

• Prior premium audit experience required. • Collaborative and team oriented. • Customer focused with attention to detail. • Self-directed showing personal accountability and a sense of urgency. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently. • Current driving license with good driving record & ability to travel. • Ability to multi-task and meet agreed upon expectations. • Expert computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
