• AGSI was incorporated in April 2016. • We are committed to supporting the goals of Arch divisions through exceptional service delivery. • We pride ourselves on maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to adapt to business unit and industry demands while focusing on sound project management. • We are dedicated to growing and developing our employees as we build strong teams with strategic leadership. • Shift: Mid Shift • Strategic Analytics is a dynamic, growing team at Arch. • The team develops innovative predictive models and analytical tools to improve profitability and growth. • This position will support the technical implementation of predictive models and analytical tools of the Strategic Analytics team. • The position requires strong Java with Spring Boot, Azure, and API experience, as well as user-facing application support experience. • The role is for an individual who is open to exploring and implementing new technology in Azure, as the team is dynamic and the technology needs and requirements are fluid and will evolve over time.

• Experience with Java with Spring Boot development • Experience with API Development • Experience with Azure Functions/Docker Container • Strong logic and problem-solving skills • Application support experience • Experience with SQL / Snowflake (or Data Warehouse equivalent) • Ability to clearly communicate across multiple teams, and the ability to communicate and escalate major issues when appropriate
