Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a focus on driving data-informed decisions. • Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Proven experience in developing dashboards, conducting funnel analysis, and delivering actionable insights to optimize marketing performance. • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data modeling techniques; experience with Python or R is a plus. • Strong understanding of paid campaign metrics, lifecycle engagement, and conversion optimization strategies. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data infrastructure and align marketing analytics with business goals. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. • Familiarity with tools and platforms like CRM systems, marketing automation, and app analytics. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels effectively.
