📋 Description

• Establish and maintain consistent software development standards, developer practices, and technical standards • Partner with our enterprise and cloud security groups to help define and communicate cybersecurity policies, guidelines, and best practices • Mentor and guide engineering teams in adopting and adhering to established standards and best practices • Participate in regular assessments of our SaaS platform's security posture and recommend improvements to meet CMMC requirements • Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity threats, standards, and best practices, ensuring our policies and guidelines remain current and effective.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on cybersecurity • Deep understanding of the CMMC framework or similar cybersecurity standards and their implementation in SaaS environments • Extensive experience in designing and implementing secure software architectures for cloud-based platforms. • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining software development standards and best practices. • Experience in leading and nurturing developer communities or guilds • Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices, particularly in AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure environments • Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD practices, and DevSecOps principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
