📋 Description
• Build and expand relationships with IBSC patient advocates and advocacy groups across the assigned region • Drive strategic planning and execution of disease-focused advocacy initiatives • Monitor program effectiveness by tracking key performance indicators • Organize and lead patient-centric events and forums • Develop and manage high-quality educational materials and programs • Represent Ardelyx at key advocacy events
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of patient advocacy or related experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Proven ability to create results within relationship management • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in high-pressure environments • Expertise in strategic planning and stakeholder relationship management • High level of energy and passion towards patients, science and public health • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
