Description

• As the Sr. Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for providing meaningful data and analysis to support the S&OP process, optimizing the network via modeling software • Act as the subject matter expert for the data & analytics for T&L and other Supply Chain functions • Interact with the broader Supply Chain, Sales, Operations and some external entities to deliver least cost fulfillment • Supply analytics for large scale supply initiatives (strategic initiatives, S&OP, forecasting, etc)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years sales, analytics, network modeling, supply chain, finance, operations or grain risk/merchandising experience • Demonstrated ability delivering profitable results • Understanding of customer market behavior and the capabilities of Ardent Mills plants • Know the key levers in the business that drive behavior and results • Strong desire to improve business acumen • Strong technical skills with Excel, experience with Power BI report building • Strategic thinker; creative and capable structured problem solver • Self-starter with a high degree of energy and passion; ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize • Collegial/collaborative style; demonstrated ability to work closely with others to conceptualize, test, and implement new ideas • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good to have: Technical skills with Power Platforms, D365, SQL and other tool sets • Transportation experience and/or knowledge of Ardent Mills TMS
