• 5+ years’ experience in Technical Product Management or as a technical delivery manager role supporting SaaS applications • Ideally led an agile team to deliver product deliverables • Understanding of software development and product lifecycle management • Experience deploying and supporting applications and services to end-users • Superior customer service skills • Experience defining product strategy including vision, plan, and new features • Critical thinker who embraces failure as part of finding solutions • Deep understanding of Atlassian Stack from a Product and support perspective • Previous experience managing SMEs for the Atlassian stack & Slack
