📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing planning, budgeting, and execution of campus construction projects. • Ensures project feasibility, cost efficiency, and adherence to institutional goals while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulations. • Develops and manages cost estimates, schedules, and procurement plans for campus construction projects. • Conducts site visits to assess progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance. • Negotiates and manages contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in higher education, healthcare, or commercial real estate. • Strong experience in hiring, negotiating, and managing relationships with general contractors, architects, engineers, and specialty consultants. • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, facilities teams, and academic staff. • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, or equivalent PM software. • Experience managing tenant improvements (TIs), ground-up construction, and renovations in an educational or healthcare setting is preferred.
