Reporting directly to the CEO, you will leverage your strategic mindset and data-driven insights to craft high-impact initiatives. You’ll shape, implement, and optimize go-to-market strategies and brand activation to drive measurable growth.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred 12+ years in marketing with progressive leadership roles At least 5 years managing teams at the Director level or above (CMO, SVP, or equivalent) B2B and/or B2C marketing experience targeting alternative investment managers, family offices, or investment-focused audiences Demonstrated success in the alternative investments, coaching, or wellness sector is a plus Hands-on experience with analytics and ad platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager) Strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
