📋 Description

• At Zilliant, we are on a mission to eliminate Pricing Anxiety—turning pricing from a chaotic, stressful process into a powerful driver of business growth. • Pricing impacts everything - every deal, department, channel, and system - yet most organizations struggle to manage it effectively. • Now, we’re looking for a bold, ambitious Marketing leader to help us accelerate our impact. • Reporting to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, as our VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our strategy & plan across all elements of the marketing mix- helping us build a high-quality, scalable pipeline, elevate our brand, and challenge the status quo. • What You’ll Own & Deliver: Pipeline Acceleration, Brand Leadership, Go-to-Market Excellence, Data-Driven Growth, Team Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including leadership roles in high-growth SaaS companies. • Experience in pricing, revenue management, CPQ, ERP or CRM space a plus. • A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth at scale. • Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and brand building. • The ability to blend strategy with execution—rolling up your sleeves to get things done. • A challenger mindset—constantly pushing boundaries to outperform the competition. • A collaborative, high-energy leadership style that thrives in a fast-paced environment. • A track record of building a fun, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
