• Employ Arootah's coaching process and proprietary tools and technology to assist clients in their journey from their current state to their desired state • Act as the primary point of contact for Arootah's database of Alternative Investment Industry Coaches, maintaining positive coach relationships • Expand Arootah's Coaching database by recruiting and onboarding top alternative investment industry Coaches • Monitor coach satisfaction through feedback surveys and, when necessary, develop actionable improvement plans • Facilitate Arootah's Immersion Workshop for Coaching Clients. • Collaborate with the Sales team to create and deliver effective B2B Coaching Pitches • Work closely with Arootah's customer success team to ensure the successful delivery of our coaching and leadership development training programs through coach-client matching • Provide personalized coaching to financial professionals, addressing their specific executive, career, and personal development needs • Offer executive coaching for clients pursuing leadership roles in various financial sectors, enhancing their leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and overall professional performance • Collaborate with clients to define short-term and long-term goals, creating actionable plans to facilitate their personal and professional growth • Assist clients in remaining accountable to their objectives, providing motivation, encouragement, and guidance throughout their financial journeys • Maintain detailed and accurate records of coaching results, including challenges and breakthroughs

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of executive coaching experience, with a track record of successful client outcomes • Proven experience in the financial industry, especially within the alternatives industry, with the ability to speak to industry nuances • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate meaningful conversations • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs and tailor coaching approaches accordingly • ICF Credential: Holding a current ICF credential (e.g., ACC, PCC, or MCC) • Assessment experience and certifications (e.g., Hogan, DiSC, and/or EQ-i)
