Description

• Support team with a broad variety of administrative tasks and projects • Assist in the review and updating of firm-wide procedures and policies and look for ways to improve current systems • Schedule, coordinate, participate in meetings and prepare required materials and follow up on important actions and decisions • Organize files residing in SharePoint • Maintain internal contact management database as well as firm-used CRMs • Prepare and edit presentations and reports • Handle all the logistics of firm venues/events, including travel arrangements • Calendar management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field • 3 to 5 years of administrative experience • Resides near NYC (NJ and CT will do) and can easily travel to NYC • Expertise in various CRM tools with regards to reporting and organization. HubSpot a MAJOR plus. • Exceptional leadership, task, and resource management skills • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling information • Highly resourceful and effective working within a team and independently • Ability to plan and keep track of and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines • Solid organizational skills and time-management • Strong teamwork skills • Extremely detailed oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • A plus: Hands-on experience with ClickUp
