Description

• As a Field Applications Engineer at Arrow Electronics, you will be helping our customers select and design-in FPGA’s. • Arrow FAE’s are trusted advisors, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the success of both our customers and suppliers. • Partner with the Arrow sales teams in local branches across your assigned region in pre-and post-sales activities. • Provide technical support and consulting to promote demand creation. • Work with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their design requirements at both a system and component level. • Attend supplier trainings in-person and via conference calls. • Demonstrate an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of supplier technologies and how those technologies relate to market needs. • Help plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars.

Requirements

• 5+ years of electronic design experience with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering • Must have experience designing with FPGA's (HDL, Simulation, Verification, etc…) • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Sales experience is beneficial in this role.
