📋 Description

• Business Development: Identify and develop relationships with key distribution partners to enhance Arta’s membership growth, product breadth, distribution and reach. Partners may include corporates, alumni clubs and other platforms. • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish key metrics, monitor sales performance, and provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. • Collaboration & Cross-functional Support: Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing - to enhance our products and ensure alignment and support for overall company goals. • Market Analysis & Insights: stay current on industry trends and customer needs to develop informed strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development within financial services or wealth management with a track record of success in rolling out new initiatives • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred • Strong leadership skills with experience inspiring and leading teams and forging a strategy, while also capable of diving in at an executional level • Deep understanding of personal wealth management products, and market dynamics • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies • A self-motivated team player who possesses intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, thoughtfulness, high attention to details, with a strong sense of ownership and who is eager to learn and work with others • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines • Series 65 preferred • Based in the NYC area. Remote locations will NOT be considered.
