• The Associate Lifecycle Marketing Manager executes marketing campaigns in systems such as Marketo and Intercom, including building and QAing nurture email programs, one-off email campaigns, and in-app flows. • They work on campaigns that support the entire customer journey including lead generation, conversion, and customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell. • They have a deep understanding of how to build email campaigns in Marketo including developing emails, segmenting the lists, building the deployment mechanisms, and setting up reporting. • They utilize Marketo’s nurture programs to create complex campaigns based on business objectives. • They understand how their work supports the overall customer experience. • The Associate Marketing Manager, Campaign Operations measures the success of nurture and one-off campaigns by analyzing performance and making ongoing recommendations for improvement. • They collaborate with other teams including product marketing, content, and design to source assets to fulfill campaign needs. • The Associate Lifecycle Marketing Manager reports to TBD, and contributes to the success of the Global Integrated Marketing team.
• 3+ years of direct experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or related fields (required). • 2+ years of experience using Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform (required). • Strong analytical skills and an interest in reporting and data analysis to extract meaning and present recommended actions. • Excellent project management abilities. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills when working with teammates who may be data-driven or more qualitative. • Attention to detail. • Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation to build lists and audiences. • Ability and desire to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems. • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also functioning and contributing as part of a team. • Trustworthy, thoughtful, and a doer. • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
