Description

• The Marketing Associate will be an integral part of Exygy’s marketing efforts. • Responsible for execution of Exygy’s growth strategy. • Report to the Growth Manager. • No supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of CRMs (bonus points for HubSpot experience) • Familiarity with low/no-code website builders (Webflow, Framer, Squarespace) is a plus • General understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, UTMs, social media metrics, and email marketing success KPIs • Proficiency with project management tools like Notion • General knowledge of social impact work, agency life, and the tech industry • Basic design skills and comfort using Canva (proficiency in Adobe Suite a plus) • Strong understanding of social media copywriting, long-form content creation, content calendar management, content scheduling, and email marketing best practices • Excellent teamwork skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing contexts • Effective communication skills with a focus on asynchronous communication
