Requirements

• A strong intellect (and a Bachelor’s Degree). • A passion for marketing and business. • A data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving. • A strong adherence to A/B (or multivariate) testing. • 2-5 years of marketing experience. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to completing complex tasks. • Proven track record of lead generation campaigns that drive revenue. • Experience with Excel, and eagerness to continue learning that tool. • Experience managing complex campaigns with multiple segments and data-management requirements. • Experience managing external vendor relationships. • Enthusiasm to learn and master new technologies and tools. • An interest in fostering education and helping students succeed.
