β€’ We are seeking a technically savvy and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join the Go-to-Market Effectiveness organization. β€’ You will be a key member of the Marketing Operations team and an enabler of go-to-market initiatives. β€’ The role will drive overall team-level efficiency, execute technical work within the martech stack, and report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. β€’ The ideal candidate embodies a growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance both personal and professional skills. β€’ They are a technical problem solver, adept at identifying challenges and implementing scalable solutions, while maintaining a sharp attention to detail and follow-through on every task. β€’ With excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset, they prioritize tasks effectively, adapt under pressure, and collaborate seamlessly in dynamic, fast-paced environments to drive results.

Requirements

β€’ Manage the administration, configuration, optimization, and database health of our marketing automation platform and other top-of-funnel martech tools β€’ Oversee the relationships with marketing technology vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with business goals β€’ Track, test, analyze, and report insights about database performance to stakeholders to inform emerging strategies and optimize programs β€’ Perform database maintenance tasks to improve data quality, integrity, and hygiene β€’ Manage and implement integrations between systems and martech platforms to evolve the breadth of data that syncs and unlocks marketing performance insights β€’ Create and maintain technical documentation for marketing processes, ensuring clarity and accuracy for cross-functional teams and stakeholders β€’ Identify opportunities proactively to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and leverage automation to increase efficiency in Marketing Operations, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales productivity β€’ Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing team to build and optimize marketing automation programs that advance the customer journey from prospect generation, conversion, retention, and expansion β€’ Collaborate extensively with Go-to-Market and Marketing departments on campaign strategy, creative, targeting, optimization, execution and reporting β€’ Act as a primary and strategic liaison with IT to consolidate and prioritize requests originating from Marketing β€’ Troubleshoot and QA data issues, campaigns, workflows, and other key Marketing Operations functions β€’ Own end-to-end MAP program and CRM campaign setup, including the CMS lead forms, routing, and scoring
