• Company: Resilience Lab - www.resiliencelab.us • Role: Clinical Operations Associate • Location: Remote / US Based • Job Type: Permanent / Full time • Reports to: VP of Ops • About Us: Resilience Lab is modernizing how clinicians work together to provide mental health care that’s high-quality, personalized, and accessible. • Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Clinical Operations Associate to drive the pre-onboarding and onboarding process for clinicians, manage third-party referral platform profiles (such as Psychology Today, Zencare, and Zocdoc), and conduct ongoing analysis to maximize the effectiveness of these platforms. • Responsibilities: Oversee seamless clinician onboarding, manage third-party platforms with precision, and provide guidance on clinician requests. • Qualifications: Comfortable working at a fast-paced, early-stage startup with an aggressive growth strategy to scale the company.

Requirements

• Expert in Google Calendar (will need to train and be able to answer questions) • Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Documents/Sheets/Slides, etc.) • Proven track record of effective communication with various populations/stakeholders • Proven experience successfully leading therapists or other specialized professionals in private or group practice settings
