• We're building technology for the next generation of specialty insurers and brokers. • Driving the success and development of our market leading disruptive technology. • Developing robust and scalable features for our Contract Builder platform. • Optimising the application for maximum speed and efficiency. • Interacting with a multidisciplinary team for a cohesive product experience. • Guiding and assisting newer members as the team grows.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in software development, ideally in a startup environment. • Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and React. • Experience building SPAs and NodeJS backend solutions. • Ability to collaborate with designers to review and implement UI/UX designs. • Knowledge of AWS services, particularly DynamoDB, Lambda, and other serverless technologies. • Collaborative skills with an emphasis on product quality. • Experience in insurtech, insurance or related industries. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Experience in a distributed work environment.
