📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to define and provide technical requirements. • Manage and offer technical support throughout the deployment process. • Work closely with clients in both the deployment and account management phases. • Partner with Artisight's Service Desk & Cloud teams to transition deployments to a production-ready state. • Provide post-sale support in collaboration with the Service Desk & Cloud teams as needed. • Travel to client sites as required for deployment or support purposes. • Assist customers with test tools and applications, ensuring that all necessary technical requirements are met during deployment. • Deliver customer technical product training. • Escalate issues in a timely and efficient manner when necessary. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish project timelines, manage expectations, and define project plans. • Stay up-to-date with all Artisight product features, capabilities, and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments • Proficiency in Linux and web applications • Experience with Python scripting or similar technologies • Demonstrated experience in leading deployment software and workflow solutions • Experience in Ansible for configuration management and automation • Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, both individually and in group settings • Outstanding customer management abilities • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks autonomously • Proven ability to manage relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, deployment specialists, and client engineers, to deliver projects on time • Skilled in tracking, managing, and resolving risks and issues while maintaining clear communication • Deep technical knowledge of server, network, and storage systems, both on-premise and in public cloud environments • Experience providing go-live support to ensure successful deployment of projects • Strong empathy and understanding of a diverse range of users • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
