Description
• Maintain the General Ledger and complete monthly closing of the books • Automate and scale processes • Support annual audit • Provide reports for leadership and strategic decision making • Partner with finance and accounting teams • Ensure high level of accuracy in work • Combine data analysis, technical accounting, and effective communication skills • Provide analysis for various financial processes • Handle fixed assets, prepaid expenses, lease accounting, and benefit accruals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting • 3+ years of experience in reconciliation, payroll, and audit • Experience with Sage Intacct and ADP preferred • Strong skills in G-Suite (Sheets) and/or Microsoft Excel • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take on new initiatives • Public Accounting experience a plus • Software experience and ASC606 a plus • Hyper-Growth startup experience a plus
