📋 Description

• Understanding the current system business requirements and functions • Assisting in migration/implementation/conversion of data from the legacy system to a new system (Microsoft SQL Server database skills are essential) • Conducting testing for implementation and migration activities • Creating Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards • Interacting with other contractor stakeholders • Interacting with Federal stakeholders • Creating and maintaining contract SDLC documents • Designing system user interfaces and controls for a federal financial application • Designing, configuring, and implementing a federal financial application • Gathering and documenting requirements and configurations • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables • Assisting the PM to develop detailed work plans, schedules (road maps), milestone estimates, resource plans, and status reports • Assisting with project technical meetings • Providing general team/user support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required) • 8+ years of functional/technical experience (required) • Experience with federal financial systems (required) • Microsoft Power BI creation and implementation experience (required) • Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing federal financial systems (required) • Data migration/conversion experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Server, or Dataverse (required) • Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Server, or Dataverse experience for migration and application development activities (required) • Working at a federal agency and working on IT systems (required) • Testing and data reconciliation experience for federal financial system migration and implementation activities (required) • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products • Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills • Expert communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision • U.S. citizenship (and be willing to undergo a background investigation)
