📋 Description

• Responsible for public safety design and implementation of solutions for Motorola’s ASTRO 25 and adjacent technologies • Lead technical aspects of assigned project until system acceptance • Design and implement radio network including infrastructure, subscribers, mobile backhaul, WAN, and CEN networks • High level of customer and consultant interaction involving customer design reviews, witnessed staging, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting efforts • System buildout, configuration, and acceptance testing in lab staging and field environments • Radio coverage testing, frequency analysis, interference mitigation, and licensing • Preparation of system fleet map, encryption, and radio programming templates • Complete system documentation and live system cutovers and upgrades

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 6+ years of engineering or technical experience OR 8 years of engineering or technical experience • 25-50% travel
