Description
• The ServiceNow Platform Administrator position supports the United States Secret Service (USSS) Chief Information Officer (CIO) in maintaining its information technology (IT) enterprise. • The candidate will be part of a team that supports the USSS’s protective and investigative missions. • Duties of this position includes managing ServiceNow Platform Administrator functions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other directly applicable field, or 4 years of hands-on technical experience in the IT industry. • Must be US Citizen. • Active Secret Clearance is Required. • Must be located within the Washington D.C. Metro Area • Experience with administering and maintain ServiceNow for environments of similar size, scope, and complexity as USSS. • Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow and providing product support for the platform. • Experience in daily- or ad-hoc-occurring tasks inherent to overseeing an enterprise application, such as administration of user accounts, groups, roles, lookup table data, and Service Catalog items. • Experience creating dashboards, reports, charts, graphs and record lists. • Proven experience and expertise in administering and maintaining all non-ServiceNow technologies which are involved in successfully operating the ServiceNow solution, including but not limited to Linux and Windows Server operating systems. • Enterprise-grade databases such as Oracle or SQL Server. • Any other technologies necessary to operate ServiceNow, such as middleware, web server software, web application server software, etc. • Demonstrated expertise in IT system architecture, engineering, and integration; and the ability to apply this expertise across a broad portfolio of IT systems, software, and infrastructure solutions. • Experience working in a team of personnel performing ServiceNow deployment and O&M. • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundations or higher
