β€’ Opportunity to work with ASICS, a purpose-driven brand focused on inclusivity and healthy minds β€’ Help drive global marketing strategy for a leading footwear brand β€’ Collaborate on measurement and attribution of digital media initiatives for global channels β€’ Work with teams to align loyalty initiatives and analyze consumer paths to purchase β€’ Requires experience in marketing analytics and a deep understanding of digital media landscape

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of marketing analytics experience β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field β€’ Deep understanding of digital media platforms and landscape β€’ Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority and backgrounds, with the ability to influence across levels β€’ Strong analytical skills, comfort with paid social analytics: advanced knowledge of platforms, including Meta, Tableau, Google (GA4, Campaign Manager, Ads), TikTok, general CDP experience (BlueConic a bonus), and more to find actionable insights to increase performance β€’ Familiarity with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g. incrementality, causal impact analysis, marketing return on investment strategies) β€’ Understanding of pixel implementation, including Meta, Google, and TikTok β€’ Very strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment β€’ Demonstrate strong strategic judgement and have a high attention to detail β€’ Be self-motivated, creative, and customer-obsessed β€’ Be globally minded and willing to work with stakeholders across time zones in North America, Asia, Europe, and Australia, with occasional early-morning or evening calls (employees are encouraged to take time off during the workday to balance these hours!)
