• The ACT Sales Coach will develop, coach, and motivate Office Managers and Operations Leaders. • Work closely with Regional Manager and Territory Director to drive sales performance. • Deliver targeted coaching on patient education, treatment plans, and sales techniques. • Responsible for reviewing consults and providing formal feedback weekly. • Continuously develop personal skillset through training and continuing education.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years of previous sales or training experience, preferably in dental industry. • Ability to influence performance without a direct reporting relationship. • Ability to demonstrate and teach sales process, deliver targeted and pertinent coaching. • Aptitude for training, performance management, giving feedback, and motivating others. • Travel expectation is within given region, overnight or outside travel up to 20%.
