Description

• Own the customer experience for substantial existing and new parts of Aspire • Understand our customers, products, and competitors to identify needs & opportunities • Translate complex requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces and workflows • Lead the product thinking through design led frameworks • Conduct user research to identify pain points and inform design decisions • Contribute to product strategy through customer research and design explorations • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams • Responsible for the design process from ideation to execution and analysis • Creative, opinionated, and passionate about craft

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Product Designer role at SaaS companies • Ability to define customer-centric UX • Skills in product design work • Strong prioritization and organizational skills • Excited about managing multiple responsibilities • Proven bar raiser for high-quality design and UX • Experience in using Figma to design products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Act as a product owner • Bonus: Work experience in DTC or marketplace solutions
