• About Aspire • At Aspire, we don’t just follow trends — we set them. • We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our distributed remote team! • We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to help lead Aspire through an exciting period of growth. • You will define and contribute to the strategic vision and own the long-term roadmap for major suites of the product. • You will be responsible for aligning multiple teams and stakeholders, work closely with designers, engineers, marketing, and customer success. • We are responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle - from discovery to feature definition and prioritization.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in a Product Manager role at SaaS companies • Demonstrated ability to define a user-centric long-term strategy supported by clear tactics and milestones • Strong UX/UI sensibility - a keen sense of design and bar for high quality UX and the impact it can have on customer outcomes. • Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Excited by the idea of managing multiple responsibilities at once and ruthlessly prioritizing the highest impact work • An empathetic and attentive listener; someone who is committed to understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers and key stakeholders • A proactive, self-starter; someone who can roll up their sleeves and solve problems on their own initiative. • A data driven product manager who understands the right questions to ask and figures a path to get objective data to understand and inform the decisions we make.
