• We are hiring at AllTrust Networks for a Lead Software Developer to join our growing team in the US! • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer to oversee and guide a team of front-end and back-end developers. • This role requires expertise in Microservices architecture, JSON/REST API design, and proficiency in Scala, C#, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Akka. • The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also an excellent mentor and team player. • AllTrust Networks founded in 1999 has over 9 million consumers enrolled on our platform. • Headquartered in Herndon, VA, we are proud to be a part of the vibrant northern Virginia technology corridor. • The successful candidate can be based anywhere in the US, working in a remote work model! • Lead and Mentor Development Teams: Supervise and mentor both front-end and back-end developers. • Microservices Design and Implementation: Architect and implement microservices-based solutions. • API Design: Develop and optimize JSON/REST APIs. • Technical Leadership: Act as a technical expert, providing guidance on best practices. • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and maintainability of code. • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers and product owners. • Problem Solving and Innovation: Drive innovation within the team. • System Integration: Oversee the integration of third-party systems using RabbitMQ and Akka.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in software development • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Exposure to cloud services and architecture • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential • Legally authorized to work in the US • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred) • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred) • Previous experience in Agile or Scrum environments (preferred) • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (optional)
