📋 Description

•Glue is a well-funded startup working on the next generation of work communication tools. •You’ll be at the heart of our efforts to streamline and automate our software development and deployment processes. •Your expertise will directly influence our ability to deliver high-quality software quickly, reliably, and securely, making a real difference.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven track record as a DevOps Engineer, with demonstrable experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and optimizing infrastructure. •Strong proficiency in development languages like TypeScript, Go, or similar, and scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby. •Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). •Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. •Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, GitHub Workflows, Jenkins, or similar. •Solid knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development and versioning. •Expertise in monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or the ELK stack to ensure system visibility and performance. •Strong grasp of networking protocols, security practices, and troubleshooting methodologies. •Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001). •Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, well-suited for a fast-paced, agile, and team-driven environment.
