• Job Title: AI Product Manager • Company: Valsoft • Location: Remote with a preference for those based in North America. • Type: Full-time • Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer • Valsoft are looking for an AI Product Manager with expertise in designing, supporting and successfully commercialising AI based product or product features in the Aviation, Operational Health & Safety, Print Management, Education or Energy industry. • About Valsoft: Valsoft specialises in acquiring and growing vertical market software companies. By implementing industry best practices, Valsoft ensures a time-sensitive integration process and operates a decentralised model, fostering rapid growth through reinvestment in its portfolio. • The Role: As an AI Product Manager, you will bring analytical and commercial acumen to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and commercialization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, driving innovation and delivering value to our clients. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between existing operations and cutting-edge technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), to revolutionise the following industries: • Aviation • Operational Health & Safety • Print Management • Education • Energy • Key Responsibilities: • Domain Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of your knowledge in any of the industries listed to identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation. • AI Integration: Understand how AI can disrupt and improve operations and industry applications, working to implement AI-driven solutions that deliver real customer value whilst enhancing efficiency, safety, and decision-making. • Product Lifecycle: Help lead the product lifecycle, alongside the CTO, from initial ideation and requirements gathering to garnering pilot customers, implementation, and market launch. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and internal experts, to ensure product alignment with business objectives. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse complex data sets to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and demonstrate commercial value. • Customer Focus: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product strategies. • Project Leadership: Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
