📋 Description

• As our SucessFactors Analyst you will play a pivotal role in transformation of the HR Technology team. • The primary responsibility will be in supporting SuccessFactors and being a part of the future enhancements to gain the most from SuccessFactors. • This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with the internal stakeholders to provide effective delivery of projects to include systems process mapping, testing, updating documentations, user guides and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors including Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning. • Can quickly analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience. • Has Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable). • Is Knowledgeable about integration with other SF modules and different platforms as well as 3rd party applications. • Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience of SuccessFactors.
