• 3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience • Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams • Excellence in CRM management and data entry • Strong organizational and time management skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities • Demonstrated ability to work independently • Professional presence and ability to represent the company • Experience in handling client communications • Experience with Setshape CRM (preferred) • Background in sales support or customer service (preferred) • Project management experience (preferred) • Proficiency in productivity and communication tools (preferred) • Experience working with female leadership (preferred) • Demonstrated success in remote work environments (preferred) • Strong problem-solving abilities (preferred) • Experience with sales operations (preferred)
