Description

• The Business Analyst will be working on a variety of interesting projects, and work closely with clients and internal teams • Candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, able to manage multiple tasks, skilled at building relationships, and have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle • The role involves managing client communications, collecting business requirements, coordinating across functional teams, recommending solutions, developing documentation, creating user guides, and organizing training • This position requires leadership, decision making, problem solving, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, business requirements gathering skills, understanding of user experience design, team building/collaboration, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and flexibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related discipline) • 3-5 years of experience in software development projects, including client facing projects • Proficiency with MS Office suite of products • Agile software development experience • Specialty pharmacy industry experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to share creative and new ideas • Organizational and time management skills • Continuous process improvement skills • Partnering and problem-solving mindset
