📋 Description
• The AVP of Finance is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation. • This role partners closely with senior leadership leveraging automation, analytics, and innovative financial solutions to enhance profitability, optimize resources, and ensure strong financial governance. • The AVP will play a critical role in leading finance technology advancements, including process automation and analytics-driven decision-making. • Develop and implement simplified, scalable solutions that drive financial efficiency, transparency and enable decision making. • Lead the deployment of process automation and other digital finance solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations, automate manual processes, and reduce complexity. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. • 5+ years of experience in deploying process automation, analytics, and digital finance solutions. • Proven expertise in deploying process automation, AI-driven analytics, and digital finance solutions. • Expertise in managing complex budgets exceeding $2B, ensuring financial alignment with business strategy and operational priorities. • Experience leading finance transformation initiatives, process simplification, and automation projects. • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management. • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership, influence decisions, and drive financial strategy. • Expertise in ERP systems, automation tools, and financial data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a results-driven mindset.
