📋 Description
• Ideal for professionals well-versed in financial business/management consulting to non-government clients. • The preparation of expert reports, expert testimony and exhibits for trial. • Analysis of issues arising when there is a dispute between prime and subcontractors. • Investigations into disputes arising from alleged violations of contracts. • Preparation and review of Requests for Equitable Adjustment (“REAs”) and claims. • Rebutting assertions made by the Defense Contract Audit Agency and others. • Analysis of cost and price issues under bid protests.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business/management consulting to Government Contractors. • Proven track record in Financial Services, preferably Forensic Accounting. • Expertise in managing the preparation of expert reports for testimony and trial exhibits. • Business development experience, either supporting or leading efforts. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or Economics; Master’s Degree preferred.
