🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in finance and financial operations, preferably in a Payments/B2B SaaS/FinTech environment • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred • Strong analytical background with proficiency in financial modeling and strategic planning activities • Dynamic leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team through clear communication and effective KPIs • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and scalability • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and investor relations • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining financial systems and processes for operational efficiency • Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated agility for setting the pace to transform an organization • Strong strategic background and possess an understanding of how to deliver and drive change to optimize, grow and scale a business • Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and investors • Commitment to compliance with all financial regulations and standards
